Shingamu return with their second single “Shukela” the single is a follow up to their
debut single “Umshubo” which introduced the duo early this year. Shingamu, which
is a gqom duo made up of hip hop musician Robin Thirdfloor and hitmaker gqom
dj/producer Dj Lusiman was formed during the beginning of the pandemic last year

when the two musicians were spending a lot of time in studio together working on
their individual projects.
Heavy bass and a catchy chorus that is repeated on the song seems like their staple
sound direction as they bring forth a club banger that speaks about how the duo is
likable and appealing to the people just like sugar. When asked what the future plans
for the duo are, they replied “We are still experimenting with our sound and just want
people to get to hear our music, maybe we might drop a project in the future but for
now just singles”
